We checked in a day early and the staff were accommodating. They got us checked in and we were able to stay in the same suite without changing rooms the next day. They provide breakfast. The area behind the hotel is a nice walk by the river but be careful to not step in animal poo. We loved it here! Did I say the room was clean?? It was very clean and we will definitely stay here again. The only inconvenience was no microwave in the room. If you need the microwave it could be a pass for you but we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you too the staff for the work you do to make this a great place.
My partner and I stayed here on October 25, 2025. We attended a concert by Clint Black at the casino. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and neat, and the balcony attached to the room was a nice touch. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
First we loved the staff Casie and Chris are amazing. As well as the lady where we ate breakfast and the cleaning staff. We appreciate each and every one of you thats made our vacation a bit more peaceful and relaxing. The view is indescribable. So breathtaking. The rooms we were a little disappointed no microwave or freezer because we try not to eat out so much. But the room itself was spacious and roomy very clean.
I've stayed in a number of Quality Inn over the course of my 600000 miles of motorcycling and have watched as many have declined. What a Diamond in the rough this location is. The room was clean and comfortable, the view of the river was great, as my wife enjoyed the feathered visitors looking for crackers, the staff were pleasant and the price was perfect. Easy to visit a number of attractions and the roads were great to ride on. We have starred this location and will most certainly be back.
Wonderful place to stay ! Clean room, excellent location and absolutely amazing staff!! We will absolutely stay here again. The bed was comfortable, anything we needed such as an extra towel was handled quickly. The staff made our stay even better! So helpful and kind!

Stayed here for 2 nights on a motorcycle trip in July 2025. Decent location with good access to highway and Smokey Mountains Park. Wew ere able to make a nice loop out of the Park, Tail of the Dragon, Cherohala and the 129. Hotel was good for the price. A bit older location, but rooms were clean and quiet and easy access to the bikes. Would stay again.

Was on a trip with my 3 young boys. The pool was clean and there is also a stream out about 50 yard from our balcony. My children feed Canadian geese out back. It was a real amazing trip. The price was great and the have a really nice breakfast. When we come back we will stay there again.
